A listed building dating back to 1865, this historic former Chapel now lies at the core of the award-winning Donegal Park Gardens development.

Alskea Ltd have professionally revived this unique structure through meticulous restoration and renovation work, resulting in four unique luxury apartments with panoramic views across Belfast, capturing stunning scenery across Belfast Lough. Belfast Castle and Cavehill. Each apartment is finished to a high specification and the original architectural features sit perfectly alongside the luxury modern finishes.

As with all new and renovated dwellings, a planned ventilation approach was essential for this project. With vast experience in construction, Alskea Ltd recognised the benefits of Heat Recovery Ventilation and decided that this was the mechanical ventilation system they wished to have installed for each of the newly renovated
apartments. Beam supplied and installed four individual Heat Recovery Ventilation Systems – one for each residence.

Extract valves were fitted in each of the wetrooms (bathrooms and kitchens) to extract moist, stale air, and supply valves were installed in each of the habitable rooms (bedrooms and living areas) to provide clean, fresh filtered air.

These discreet valves were ideal as they did not encroach on the overall look and feel of the renovation.
