Cement Dust Extraction System

Larsen Building Products has been manufacturing quality building products since 1975 and has become a market leading manufacturer of a comprehensive range of products for the construction industry.

A purpose built manufacturing facility in the Port of Belfast was constructed and has a production capacity of over 100,0000 tonnes of product annually.

To cope with the vast level of cement manufactured within the facility, a heavy duty fixed industrial vacuum unit was installed to extract cement dust particles and prevent any second-hand dust re-entering the workplace, as is the case with a fixed unit, ensuring a healthy indoor working environment. The three phase system allows for 2 No. users to operate the system simultaneously, maximising the general housekeeping capabilities.
