- Prevent Exposure to Respirable Crystalline Silica (RCS)
Silica is present in many materials used in the manufacturing industry, such as rock, sand, clay and sometimes used as fillers in plastics. Fine dust known as respirable crystalline silica (RCS) is created as these materials are cut or sanded during the production process. Our systems effectively remove RCS to prevent exposure which can lead to work-related respiratory conditions.

Does my workplace need dust / fume extraction?
If your workplace produces dust (e.g. flour dust in bakeries), mist (e.g. paint mist from spraying), fume (e.g. from welding), gas (e.g. carbon monoxide from furnaces or vehicles) or vapour (e.g. solvents from painting), there may be a risk to the health of employees and will require an extraction system.
What is the best system for my workplace?
